There is a lot of negative talk going around the ‘church’ today about the new postmodern mindset. A lot of the talk is centered around the “no absolute truth” part of postmodernism – a concept that scares a lot of Christians. Yet, the postmodern mindset is much more then “relative truth”. It seems that the National Board has simplified the long list of beliefs and values into five (5) core ones: * The Theology and Practice of the Kingdom of God * Experiencing God [...] The BBC recently asked this question to their viewers following a press release by Dr Rowan Williams (Archbishop of Canterbury) urging believers to have a "radical change of heart" to prevent climate change. The response to the question "Does God have a role in the world today?" was huge! Over 100 pages of 15 [...] I recently had a friend forward an article to me about the "The coming evangelical collapse". The article was basically stating that the current evangelical system of Christianity is going to vanish within 10 years – giving rise to a new type of Christianity. At first I thought the author was arguing for [...] Along the coast of Italy rests a city named Otranto. It's a fairly typical town despite it's location on the heal of boot.
